This event is designed to promote peace in the Ward 7 community and help bridge the health gap for its residents.
About DC Music Summit:
The DC Music Summit is an esteemed 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting creatives and industry professionals in the arts and entertainment industry. Our mission is to foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages community engagement, networking, skills and professional development, promotion, and inspiration, with a special emphasis on supporting people of color and women.

Health Initiatives: Address the critical challenges faced by over 70,000 residents in Ward 7, including lack of access to healthy food, affordable healthcare, reliable transportation, and consistent support for health goals.
Support for Youth: The Peace Jam serves as a beacon of hope in light of the recent surge in juvenile violence across the region, providing crucial community support and resources.
Live Music and Entertainment: Enjoy performances from local artists and entertainers, creating a vibrant and uplifting atmosphere.
Workshops and Activities: Participate in engaging workshops and activities designed to inspire and empower attendees.
