Home Rule Music Festival Opening Night
7:00 – $40 Advance / $50 Day of Show – All Ages
HR Musical Festival officially begins on Friday, June 21, with an opening night at Black Cat DC headlined by the JoGo Project, WAMMIE Award-winning, D.C. jazz and go-go band featuring local Jazz Ambassador Elijah Jamal Balbed. The New Doug Carn Sextet will also perform with special guest vocalist Vanessa Rubin.
